Muscle testing, also known as kinesiology or muscle response testing, is a technique used in alternative medicine to assess imbalances in the body and identify potential health issues. It involves applying gentle pressure to specific muscles or muscle groups while evaluating the response.

Advocates of muscle testing believe that muscle strength or weakness can indicate underlying imbalances in the body, such as nutritional deficiencies, allergies, organ dysfunction, or emotional distress. It is often used as a diagnostic tool to determine potential causes of illness or to assess the effectiveness of various treatments.

I use dosing rods and a pendulum to measure and refine the muscle testing.
